Scheduling Appointments:
We fully understand the fact that you, as an owner, maintain a
busy agenda. That is whey we encourage you to call and make an appointment
to ensure a timely visit. We will accommodate clients on a walk-in basis,
but priority is given to our scheduled appointments. We do have three veterinarians on staff here at Tejas to help alleviate said situations. If
you have an animal scheduled for surgery, we do offer drop-off as early as 7:30
a.m.. Please feel free to take advantage of this service.

Our Fees:
We make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and
reasonable, and you are encouraged to discuss charges before services are
rendered. We do offer estimates on all surgeries and hospitalizations.
Accepted forms of payment are cash, debit/check cards, personal checks (NOT
postdated), VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards.
Payment is due IN FULL for any services rendered. We do not offer any
payment plans.
